To Whom It May Concern:
A recent move to Lancaster County and the impracticality of
traveling to Southampton has necessitated a change in providers
of our eye care. We have enjoyed top notch eye care from each
of the doctors at Tri-County Eye with which we have been associated
over the years.
Yours truly,

Dear Drs. Wolinsky, Tax and Prince,
Our family is one year new to this practice and has been
extremely pleased with our care from Dr. Wolinsky.
To refresh your memory, my son Nicholas came into Dr. Wolinsky’s
office for a routine contact lens evaluation. Earlier that
evening, he incurred a sports-related eye injury. It did not
look like much more than a blackened eye or bruise to us.
We are so grateful to Dr. Wolinsky for instructing Nick to
call at any time--including the middle of the night--if anything
should worsen with his eye. His concerns alerted us to the
possibility of Nick’s injury becoming a serious condition.
Almost to Dr. Wolinsky’s pre-warning, Nick woke in the
middle of the night unable to see anything at all from his
injured eye. While I realize that as physicians and surgeons,
you probably see situations like ours often, such a situation
seemed extreme to us. With many thanks to this practice, I
was able to speak to a physician during the night and was
able to bring Nick in to see Dr. Tax early that following
morning. We also began to see Dr. Prince, with whom Nick spent
the most time. How do I put into words how grateful we are
for the premium care that Nick received? I have to tell you
in Laymen’s terms: we were made to feel as if Nick were
your only patient. We have never incurred such wonderful professionalism
along with such a bedside manner.
I am sure that injuries far worse than Nick’s pass
your office frequently; however, he was treated with a seriousness
that gave us comfort in knowing that the goal at Tri-County
was to heal his eye 100%. We were in the office quite often,
and not once did we encounter difficulty scheduling an appointment.
I will also add that the receptionist expressed a concern
that may not have been entailed by her job, but was certainly
comforting (to say the least!). We realized that the clinicians
share the same wonderful type of professionalism as the doctors.
All in all, I could not let this experience go without sending
my praises to those who deserve them. Nick’s beautiful
eyes are back to normal and we will always be grateful! To
Dr. Wolinsky, Dr. Tax, and Dr. Prince: please keep up the
miraculous work—the human eye is so worth it!
Sincerely,
Joe, Chris, and Nicholas P.
