Pediatric Ophthalmology and Eye Muscle Disorders
 Dr.
Menacker graduated cum laude from the Medical College of Pennsylvania
in 1982. After the completion of her residency in Ophthalmology
at the Scheie Eye Institute of the University of Pennsylvania,
she pursued a fellowship in Pediatric Ophthalmology at the
Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia. Dr. Menacker, who
joined Tri-County Eye Physicians in 1992, is a certified Diplomate
of the American Board of Ophthalmology, a Fellow of both the
American Academy of Ophthalmology and the American College
of Surgeons, as well as a member of the American Association
for Pediatric Ophthalmology and Strabismus. She is also an
active member of the Children’s Eye Foundation’s
Board of Directors. Dr. Menacker holds a clinical appointment
at the University of Pennsylvania School of Medicine where
she is an active teacher, lecturer and researcher. She is
married and the mother of a son and a daughter.
