Optometry, Contact Lenses,
and Low Vision
 Dr.
Wolinsky, an accomplished Optometrist with expertise in routine
vision care, contact lens fitting, low vision evaluations
and cataract/refractive surgery management, is the Director
of Optometry at Tri-County Eye Physicians. Dr. Wolinsky received
his Doctor of Optometry degree from The Pennsylvania College
of Optometry in 1982 and has a therapeutic license from the
Pennsylvania Board of Optometric Examiners. Married, he is
the father of two children, a son and a daughter and an accomplished
golfer.
