Glaucoma
Dr.
Gordon earned his MD degree at the University of Pennsylvania
School of Medicine in 1991. He completed a three-year residency
in comprehensive ophthalmology and then sub-specialty fellowship
training in glaucoma, both at the University’s Scheie
Eye Institute. Dr. Gordon was appointed Assistant Professor
of Ophthalmology at the University of Pennsylvania prior to
joining Tri-County Eye Physicians & Surgeons in 1997.
A past director of the glaucoma service at the Philadelphia
Veterans Administration Medical Center, Dr. Gordon has succeeded
in establishing Tri-County’s own first-rate glaucoma
service. A certified diplomat of the American Board of Ophthalmology
and a Fellow of both the American Academy of Ophthalmology
and the American College of Surgeons, Dr. Gordon has been
a researcher and published author in his medical fields of
interest.
