 Dr.
Millis, a fourth-generation Optometrist, graduated from the
Pennsylvania College of Optometry in 2005 with clinical honors
in Primary Care and Pediatric & Binocular Vision. He has
had extensive training in the management of refractive and
cataract surgery, as well as contact lens fitting and prescribing.
Dr. Millis is a member of both the Pennsylvania Optometric
Association and the American Optometric Association, with
a therapeutic license from the Pennsylvania Board of Optometry.
He and his wife, Brandi, they had their first baby in 2006.
