In order to provide the best possible
care for each patient, we prefer to see you by appointment.
Our two offices are open for regular hours Monday through
Saturday during the day, and several evenings till 8:00 pm.
Otherwise, daytime hours end at 4:30 pm weekdays and at 1:00
pm Saturdays. You may call any time during regular office
hours to schedule an appointment. However, the wait time on
hold during peak calling times may be more than your schedule
allows. Please note that our operators are also available
from 5-8 pm in the evening on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday
when call volume is lower. At the time of your first visit,
you will be asked to complete a brief form providing us with
confidential personal, medical and insurance information for
your permanent computerized office records.

Occasionally emergencies cause appointments to run behind
schedule. Please be assured that we provide the best individualized
care for everyone and that such delays are sometimes unavoidable.
